just signing in to tell you about my pony. I rode her at pony club on Sunday, then at home today and yesterday. After todays ride she was acting funny by rolling and lying down, she wasn't kicking her tummy so we thought that she might be tired. Mum wasn't happy with how she was acting so we rang Becky and she said that it might be colic and to put her in the stalls and brush her and wait and see if she poos and if she hadn't in an hour then ring the vet. But it wasn't long after we put her in the stall that she had a big poo!!! Then she was ok:D

I know your pony is ok now , and hope you learnt something about colic...

colic can hit from , stress, drinking water to fast after a big ride and even to much food...bec was spot on telling you to keep a watchful eye on her and hopefully she willl poo, (which she did)glad she is ok
